Your computer can multi-task, you can’t. You merely look like you’re being productive when you multi-task. Focusing on doing one thing at a time will certainly make you more productive, reduce your stress level and keep your concentration level up.
Multi-tasking ultimately destroys your ability to concentrate. Trust me, I know.
