Hate to say but, every peak has its valley and, every valley has its peak. In other words, things won’t always go bad and, you’ll never explode with happiness.

But, chances are, if you’re an entrepreneur (or an intrapreneur or freelancer), your motivation will fluctuate over time. One week you’ll want to work 80 hours and the next, you’ll just want to quit.

Problem is though, you can’t manage a company by giving up every 2 weeks. Your success as an entrepreneur depends on your ability to stick through and survive the emotional roller coaster.

The faster you identify the things that impact your motivation, the better you’ll get at predicting and controlling their impact. Great challenge but, I’m expecting the results to be well worth it…
